In 2011 Paul visited some wine clubs and corporate companies in Gauteng
It was fun evenings with a lot of mind enriching power! The wines Paul selected to present was new, rarely seen or heard of wines and all selected for rare qualities, unique vino expressions and above all, value for money.
Paul is planning 2012 with enthusiasm and invites interested Wine Clubs and Wine Tasting Groups to reply and book a date.
Rules of engagement:
- Paul will present at least 6 wines, a fortified wine and a brandy or spirits.
- Presentations are free and wines can be bought at cellar door prices
- 20 Pax minimum with 100 the maximum.
- 06:30 to 21:00 [a post presentation meal would kindly be accepted but not compulsory]
- You have to supply tasting glasses, spittoons, water jugs and biscuits.
- For more than 80 pax he would need a PA system with preferably a roving microphone.
- You may mix a 12 btl case with no less than 3 btl of a kind. Port and spirits may be 1 of a kind.
- We will supply full tasting notes on all wines tasted and created order forms to assist the compilation of a mass order.
